U.S. President Donald Trump ‌ruled ​out the use of force ‌in his bid to control Greenland on Wednesday but said in ​a speech in Davos that no other country can secure the autonomous Danish territory.

Today, Donald Trump addressed the World Economic Forum at Davos to confirm he wants ‘immediate negotiations’ to acquire Greenland but ‘won’t use force’.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer told MPs in London that he would not "yield" to pressure from the US president on Greenland.
