Crispy rice with spicy salmon is the perfect appetizer. I love the crispy rice, it’s got that crunchy outer layer and chewy center. Ingredients: 1/2 lb of sashimi grade salmon 3 tbsp Japanese kewpie mayonnaise 2 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp ponzu sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 stalks of chopped green onions (green part) Crispy rice: 2 cups of sushi rice (cooked) 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp oil for frying Jalapeño and sriracha for topping Cut salmon
