With a foam roller, start out in a straight arm plank position. Make sure your chest is in the middle of the foam roller. Brace your core, squeeze your butt. Roll out to your forearms into a low plank position. The goal is to try to roll down at the same time on both forearms. Once you’re down to the plank position, roll yourself back up into a straight arm position.
