Here is a quick clip from my squat training this week. This Dead Stop Squat (concentric phase) was performed after my full range of motion (ROM) squats. I wanted to start doing these to get myself more comfortable in that “gray area” or as it called hitting Depth. The weight was quite a bit less than my full ROM squats, but was surprisingly very challenging.
